EXPERIENCE

Enterprise experience. A personal approach.

My background spans enterprise audiovisual engineering, network and IT infrastructure, Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration systems, technical support, product implementation, web development, and technical production for live events. I've worked across practical hands-on support, implementation, engineering, and large-scale enterprise environments — and I bring that depth to smaller organizations that may not have specialized technology teams.

You work directly with an experienced technical professional, not a large, impersonal service provider. I'm not an MSP, a 24/7 help desk, or a managed SOC. I'm an independent consultant who takes on defined projects and engagements where I can genuinely help.

What I'm not:

  • A staffed managed service provider
  • A 24/7 help desk or on-call support service
  • A nationwide field-service team

HOW IT WORKS

Scoped, project-based work

Projects may be hourly or fixed-scope, as agreed before work begins. There is no public rate card.

  1. Step 1: Initial project discussion

A conversation about your business, existing environment, challenges, goals, and constraints. No long questionnaire.

  2. Step 2: Discovery and technical assessment

Understand what's actually in place, what's causing problems, and what a realistic solution looks like.

  3. Step 3: Scope, deliverables, and proposal

A clear proposal covering what will be done, what you'll receive, and how the engagement is structured. Agreed before work begins.

  4. Step 4: Implementation or consulting

Carry out the agreed work — whether that's an assessment, a project, or hands-on implementation.

  5. Step 5: Documentation and handover

Leave you with clear documentation, knowledge transfer, and a record of what was done and why.
